Industrial Vibration Plates are a multi-configuration exercise device developed recently to prevent and cure osteoporosis in Europe, Japan and Korea based on proven theories of exercise science, exercise physiology and sport science. It makes your body vibrate with a specific frequency and amplitude to stimulate a reflex contraction within the muscle. The frequency at which muscles experience contraction is higher than can be achieved in voluntary contraction, thus increasing body tone and strength in less training time.
